The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the customer (you) and Azpack Ltd (us or we). These general conditions of sale are the only conditions that are applicable. We maintain that by placing your order you unreservedly accept our general conditions of sale. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and to Azpack Ltd as they are designed to protect your rights as a valued customer and to protect our rights as a business and to create an understanding between us.
You can place your order online and pay directly through our SECURE server on this website using an acceptable credit or debit card.
You may place an order by telephone during office hours on 01509 261256.
You may place an order by post by writing to us at the address on the home page. Please write including the quantities and part numbers of the items that you require, your full postal address including your postcode and a contact telephone number. Payment may be made by cheque or postal order made payable to 'Azpack Ltd' for the total value of the parts. You will need to add £3.50 for orders under £15.00 and £5.00 for orders under £30.00 to cover 1st class post, packing and handling. Orders above this value qualify for 'free' carriage (there are exceptions).
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 give you the right to Cancel your order and you can cancel up to 7 WORKING DAYS after you have received the goods. However during this period you MUST notify us in WRITING that this is your intention so that we can advise you about their RETURN (see below). You can advise us in writing (including a contact telephone number) by delivering your letter:
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS TO AZPACK LTD WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST ON 01509 261256 TO OBTAIN OUR AGREEMENT AND FOR US TO GIVE YOU A Returns Reference Number. WE ARE ALLOWED TO MAKE A 15% RESTOCKING CHARGE FOR UNAUTHORISED RETURNS.
For Returns where you have decided to cancel we will telephone you to advise on the correct method. The products must be undamaged and in their original packaging for the full value of the goods to be credited to you. The cost of returning the goods to us is to be borne by you.
Where we have made an error in sending the wrong goods then we will be responsible for reimbursing postal charges to you or we will arrange for our carrier to collect the goods from you. The goods must be in saleable condition, be in their original packaging and be accompanied by a copy of the relevant invoice. We also undertake to send the correct goods to you as soon as possible.
Where you have made an error in ordering the wrong goods then we are generally willing to have the goods back for credit a long as they are received back in a saleable condition in their original packaging. You are responsible for carriage charges in these instances.
Sometimes it is worthwhile to order a spare part in the hope that this will revitalise an otherwise unusable pump. In general we are willing to accept these parts back for credit and resale (subject to the conditions above) as long as we can offset the charge against a new pump that you purchase from us. In most instances we can tell you the modern equivalent of your old pump.
We will only consider the return of products supplied directly by Azpack Limited. PLEASE DO NOT return pumps and/or filtration systems to us at Azpack Limited unless specifically agreed (see Returns above) as most manufacturers want you to return faulty items directly to them. Please see your instruction manual for full details. If you are sending the pump/system under a Warranty claim then you must send your proof of purchase receipt along with the goods.
The warranty for your item will be for a period of 1 - 5 years and this will be clearly stated with the product. The manufacturer will repair or replace your product in the event of defective material or workmanship. Note that 'wear and tear' items such as rotors, bearings and o-rings are NOT generally covered by this warranty. Failure to maintain the pump in accordance with the manufacturer instructions will invalidate the warranty.
All prices displayed on our site are inclusive of VAT at the current rate exclusive of delivery costs. All our prices are given in British Pounds. We reserve the right to alter prices as necessary.
We make every effort to provide accurate photographs, descriptions, diagrams and information on all products but if there are any errors in them we may in no way be held liable for this. We cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of the information contained within specification sheets, product descriptions and instruction manuals provided by our suppliers particularly when any technical or physical alterations are made to the product on the initiative of our suppliers.
Orders above £30.00 qualify for free carriage but there are exceptions to this general rule. We charge £3.50 for carriage for orders under £15.00 and £5.00 for orders under £30.00.
Many of our products are small enough to be posted to you and where this is appropriate we can mail these items by 1st class post to addresses in the UK and Ireland.
The larger items that we consider are too bulky or heavy to be sent by Parcel post will be sent by our carrier on a 2 to 3 day service and this is 'free' for mainland England, Wales and the Scottish lowlands. Please note a signature will be required for the parcel, but you can request for delivery to home, a neighbour or a work address etc. We are charged a premium for all other areas and we are obliged to pass on this extra charge. We have a 'next day' delivery service available for urgent items. Please ring us on 01509 261256 to determine the cost of this service to your area. We need your order by 12 noon to arrange for next day carrier deliveries.
For ALL orders outside the UK please contact our sales office by email at sales@azpack.ltd.uk BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER, stating the item codes and quantities you require, and the delivery address. We will then notify you by return as to whether we are able to handle your order and the appropriate delivery cost. Unfortunately we are unable to deal with any orders outside the E.U.
Azpack Limited is a distribution company. We do not manufacture any of the products featured on our website and cannot therefore be held liable for direct, indirect or consequential loss, injury or damage to persons or property from any cause whatsoever arising from these products.
These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
