Provides effective long term control of green water. Economical to run with no chemicals, and low pump back pressure. Ultra violet light kills green water algae. Advanced power compact UV lamp enables twice the UV light output in the same area compared to conventional linear lamps. Flexible modular design enables any number of Blagdon Professional UVC units to be connected together via optional wide bore link pipes. This also enables future expansion. All fittings supplied including multi hose adaptors and solvent weld 1.5 inch pipe adaptors.

Designed for outdoor use, but must not be immersed in water.

The table below shows the maximum recommended volumes of different types of pond with fish for which this UVC is suitable. Koi carp grow larger and produce more waste than other fish so if the pond has koi halve the recommended volumes shown.

Provided with multi hosetails for 19mm (0.75″), 25mm (1″), 32mm (1.25″) and 38mm (1.5″) hose. 38mm hose recommended for both inlet and outlet. If using pipe, 38mm (1.5″) is recommended.
